Committee Reports and Old Business:
President-Elect Delgado thanked William and Mary for hosting the meeting and thanked the Program
Committee, for providing a great program. Attendees were urged to complete evaluations, which have been
made more specific and extensive, in the packets for the meeting since the evaluations are very useful in
planning future meetings.
President-Elect Delgado announced that the 2007 Spring meeting will be held at the University of Virginia
on May 7,2007. She asked for volunteer institutions to host a meeting site for the Fall 2007 meeting and for
meetings into 2008 and beyond.

Corrections were made. A motion was made, seconded and passed unanimously to pass the By-Laws.
Hoffman will submit the By-Laws to SRA International.
